We’re excited to announce a giveaway for an iPad Pro to one lucky winner!
Throughout the next month, the Longmeadow Tooth Fairy will be hidden around town, and it's up to you to find her! We'll provide hints about her locations to help you spot her.
Enter for your chance to win by finding the Longmeadow Tooth Fairy as she flys around town. Each participant may enter once for a shot at winning an iPad Pro. At the conclusion of the giveaway, a winner will be chosen through a random drawing. Best of luck, and happy searching!

Eligibility:
Participants must be at least 18 years old. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult who is 18 years or older. Winners will be required to present valid identification to confirm both age and residency upon request. Each participant may submit one entry during the contest's duration. Entries must be submitted within the contest timeframe, which starts on Thursday, September 5th, 2024, and concludes on Thursday, September 26th, 2024. By entering this contest, participants agree to abide by these terms.
Terms & Conditions:
This contest is hosted by Longmeadow Dental Care, and the winner will receive an iPad Pro with a retail value of $1000, which is non-transferable for cash and cannot be exchanged. There is no purchase necessary to enter the giveaway. The winner of the prize, which is a value over $600, will receive a 1099 form. A winner will be chosen at random from the pool of eligible participants. Longmeadow Dental Care will reach out directly using the phone number or email address given in the contest form submission. The selected winner must respond within 7 days of being notified to claim their prize. If the winner is unreachable or does not respond within this timeframe, Longmeadow Dental Care reserves the right to choose an alternative winner. The winner must pick up the prize at our office located at 813 Williams St. #207, Longmeadow, MA 01106. Once the iPad Pro is in the winner's possession, Longmeadow Dental Care is not responsible or liable for any damages, upgrades, or maintenance. Furthermore, we retain the right to disqualify any entry that does not adhere to these guidelines and to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at our discretion.
